MM2 was developed to be a safe, natural, cleaning and maintenance product which cleans and deodorizes by biologically removing residual organic waste, neutralizing the residual odor components through the process of destructive elimination, and inhibits the growth of mold and mildew.
Excellent for removing urine odors in carpets and outside pens/kennels.
The biological removal of the organic waste is accomplished by the application of our MM-2’s non-odor causing bacteria. While developing this product we focused on the use of bacterial from the genus Bacillus since these bacteria produce shelf stable spores and some strains are known to inhibit mold growth.
MM2 is a state-of-the art bacterial-enzyme cleaner proven through months of research and over 18 months of wet location field trials.

Odors in Soils - Dog Runs/Kennels
Dilute MM2 3:1 with water and apply liberally to affected area with pump or commercial sprayer. Repeat process in 2nd and 3rd weeks. Apply once every 4-6 weeks thereafter.
Mold & Mildew Protectant
Framing Members: use to treat hard wooden surfaces where mold is present and/or expected to form. In this application, the material is diluted 3:1 and applied with a sprayer, brushed, or sponged and allowed to dry naturally to form a long lasting bacterial shield.
Exterior Building Surfaces: on the outside of stucco buildings and on walkways, the areas should be pressure washed with our All Clean and treated with the MM-2 (diluted 3:1) on an annual basis.
