I just wanted to let you know how very happy I am with your products. I purchased the Expel Odor Neutralizer and was sent a free bottle of the EXP 2000 Detergent Disinfectant and I love both. I used the Expel on my animal beds and it worked almost immediately, I now have no bad odor at all in my house. I use the Exp 2000 in my bathroom and I spray all my trash cans with it, it is a wonderful product.I have not had any problem with mildew since I started using it and it keeps everything smelling fresh. I also received great customer service from M'Lissa, she was very helpful. I will continue to buy products from you in the future, I think my next purchse will be the All Clean as I like the fact that it is non-hazardous and enviromentally responsible. This product was put to the test yesterday when I got home. My 5 month old pit bull had messed on the carpet. I was so mad because it wasn't hard enough to pick up. You know I had a real mess on my hand along with the STINK to clean up. So, after apply two other cleaner first to get the stain up then I sprayed EXPEL on it with a little baking soda on top. When my son got home I asked him if he smelled anything he said NO. I told him what happen and he said that he would have know it.
Of cause I woke up this morning and she had another accident near the back door. I can't wait to see if the smell has gone away since I only used one cleaning product to get the stain out and used EXPEL to get the odor out.
WHAT A GREAT PRODUCT IT REALLY REALLY WORKS and you don't need to use a lot. I can't believe it all the money I have wasted trying to get the dog smell/bathroom accidents out of my home.

Hamilton City Council Wastewater Treatment Plant conducted trials different odour management products for the purpose of minimising odour from its onsite anaerobic digestion process more effectively and efficiently.
We trialled EXPEL intermittently over 18 months and fount it effectively neutralized airborne odours, which are emitted from the anaerobic digestion process on a continuous basis.
In summary, we are happy with the use of EXPEL on site and can recommned the use of EXPEL in similar Wastewater Treatment Plants.

I received your Odor Neutralizer yesterday and immediately sprayed it on the caulk around my 3 new windows. I noticed a difference right away! I even put my nose next to a caulk strip and the sharp, acrid smell was almost completely gone! I'm ecstatic--you don't realize how bad the smell was coming from that room. I kept the door closed overnight and have just finished spraying the caulk again, just to make sure. I can say absolutely that "caulk" smell is gone! I had tried opening windows, burning candles, spraying air spray like Oust, Febreze, etc. and nothing had been able to eliminate that awful sharp smell. The only thing I have to get rid of now is that perfumey Febreze smell, which is something I can live with, but I'm sure will fade when I start opening the window and letting fresh air in.

After trying more products than I can remember to neutralize cat odors I can honestly say Expel is the only one that has consistently worked. The technical explanation of how it works on your website is what convinced me to try it. Initially, I ordered two of your special offers (Expel and EXP2000) and was really pleased with the results. Just to be sure, I shared some with my fellow cat rescuers to get several opinions on whether Expel really worked - remember, this is someone who has tried every product on the market in retail or on line with limited success. All the reviews were positive and came along with requests for more product. Next order was a 5 gallon pail which now sits (somewhat unattractively) in my kitchen.

I know I sent you an email a while ago, but I just have to send it again. Last night my pup had an accident on the carpet again. It was not pleasant at all. After getting the mess up, and of cause it left a stain in the carpet. I sprayed EXPEL on the STINKY area waited a few minutes by this time the house was SMELLING real bad. Then I took my handy brush and scrub expel into the carpet.
I opened a few windows/door to get some of the smell out. When I woke up this morning and went downstairs the smell was GONE! Thank you now I won't have to hear my husband mouth about how the dog is smelling up the house.
Great Product that needs to be sold on QVC and I can be your spoke person :)

"To Whom It May Concern...I'm writing this letter to relate the success we have had with the Expel odor neutralizer... We have had problems with various odors throughout the year and have tried many products to resolve them. We first contracted... Expel... to treat the duct system of the Rosebud theatre due to an old stale mold/mildew type odor of which we received frequent complaints. We noticed a major improvement in the theatres smell and atmosphere after the ducts, walls, carpets, and seating were treated. We have been especially pleased with the fact that Expel produces a fresh clean smell without leaving a heavy fragrance, no new odors. In closing, I would like to say we intend to use more Expel, it works great in public area restrooms, campus vehicles, and on plumbing and air conditioning in wall leaks.
